How is a local move priced?
By the hour for the time our crew is working, including the drive between homes. You get the rate and minimum in writing before we book.
What does the hourly rate include?
Two movers, a truck, fuel, moving blankets, shrink wrap, dollies and basic furniture disassembly. Boxes and packing service are extra if you want them.
Do you move outside Alberta or to the U.S.?
Yes. We do moves across Canada and from Canada to the United States, quoted as a flat price once we know the size of your move and the destination.
How does the senior discount work?
If the person moving is 65 or older, you get 10% off the hourly rate or the flat long-distance price. Tick the box on the quote form or mention it when you call.
I'm booking for my parent. How does that work?
You arrange everything with us and pay, and we work directly with your parent on the day. We'll keep you updated by text with photos.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal, especially for weekends, summer, month-end and retirement residence moves. Call us for anything sooner and we'll do our best.
